Return and Exchange Policy

At Zennova Carpet, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not accept refunds. Instead, we offer product exchanges or store credits equivalent to the value of the approved returned product.

Return Conditions

  • UAE: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Global: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The product must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, you can use our self return processing section on your account following the Self return option available on your order page after confirming you received the item, or please contact us at support@zennovacarpet.com. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive store credits matching the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases. Alternatively, you may request an exchange for a different product, subject to availability.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@zennovacarpet.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Shipping & Charges

Based on the requested Return, Customers hold the responsibility to cover the return shipping cost under general circumstances, the cost of shipping will be determined based on a flat rate table here:

  • Dubai 150 AED
  • ABUDAHABI 250 AED
  • ALAINE 250 AED
  • SHARJEH 200 AED
  • AJMAN 200 AED
  • Fujairah-Umm Al Quwain-Ras Al Khaimah 250 AED
  • for international Returns the amount will be calculated on case by case.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards. For questions regarding the eligibility of a specific product, contact us at support@zennovacarpet.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
