Order Returns
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide product exchanges or store credits for eligible returns. Returns are accepted within 7 days in the UAE and 14 days globally. Products must be in new and unused condition.
How should i request a return?
To begin the return process, you can use our self return processing section on your account following the Self return option available on your order page after confirming you received the item, or please contact us at support@zennovacarpet.com. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
