When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you informing you of the tracking number.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, for any reason you refuse delivery, or unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to ZENNOVA CARPETS and you will be charged for the additional duties, taxes and shipping costs.
