Zennova Carpets offers both machine-made and handmade carpets across a range of styles and collections designed for different interiors.

We aim to represent our carpets as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and the environment in which the carpet is viewed.

Selected carpets may be available in custom sizes. Where this service is available, you can submit your required length, width, quantity and other details through the custom-size enquiry option.

Custom-size, personalized or specially altered carpets are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless they are defective, damaged or do not match the confirmed order specifications.

Yes. Zennova Carpets offers complimentary standard delivery for eligible orders within GCC countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Yes. We provide delivery to selected international destinations, including destinations in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and other supported regions. International shipping charges apply.

Delivery times depend on your destination, product availability and the applicable delivery method. Where available, an estimated delivery timeframe will be shown or communicated for your order.

Eligible UAE orders should be reported for return within 7 days of receipt. Eligible international orders should be reported within 14 days of receipt.

For eligible standard returns, Zennova Carpets generally provides an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy.
